From Pompeii (?).
Description:
The bust of the young god identified by the very low relief cithara in front of him has the exquisite and somewhat cold elegance of the bronze busts of the Doryphorus and the Amazon of the Villa dei Papiri. It is in the classicist style of the Augustan and Julio-Claudian periods.
