Found at the sanctuary of Hera Argiva at the mouth of the Sele.
Description:
Metopa scolpita in arenaria (metà VI set. a.C.). Paestum, Santuario di Hera al Sele.

Eracle uccide con la spada il gigante Alcioneo, che con la sua forza straordinaria aveva terrorizzato la Tracia, razziando buoi e animali.
