Ex auctoritate / Imp(eratoris) Caesaris / Vespasiani Aug(usti) / loca publica a privatis / possessa T(itus) Suedius / Clemens tribunus causis / cognitis et mensuris factis / rei publicae Pompeianorum / restituit
In accordance with the authority of the emperor Vespasian Caesar Augustus, Titus Suedius Clemens, his tribune, restored to the government of the Pompeians public lands taken over by private individuals, their cases having been heard and measurements taken.
